In order to contribute to society, we not only use sustainable fabrics, but also incorporate measures to reduce waste and aim for zero waste.
● Product packaging: We replaced plastic bags with practical Japanese furoshiki fabrics to wrap our products and use water-soluble glue.
● Cardboard use: We reduced the use of air packs and other cushioning materials by using recyclable cardboard boxes custom to SP products.
● Delivery statements: We reduced paper waste by sending customers electronic statements as necessary.
● Miscellaneous: We eliminated additional attachments, such as tags, as much as possible.
● Leftover fabric post-production: We do not discard leftover fabrics and utilize them anywhere possible--first, on the mannequins at our SP Shop Ebisu.
● At our SP Shop Ebisu: We use materials made in Japan for our SP-custom hangers. Display stands are created with scrap material.
