Shipping Policy

■Including a delivery note

We do not include a delivery note in the package due to environmental considerations.

 

■Time of delivery of goods

If the payment method is other than Cash on Delivery (COD)
If payment is received by 3:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day. If payment is received after 3:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the next business day.

If the payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD)
Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.

On Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and other holidays, we do not ship on these days, so we ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday).

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to delivery area, time of order, weather, or other circumstances. Please understand this in advance.

 

■Delivery Charges

One box (up to two pieces can be shipped together): 550 yen (including tax) per box (excluding Okinawa)
*Okinawa 990 yen (including tax)

 

If the recipient is not at home

If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will post a notice of absence. Please follow the instructions on the "no-show slip" and follow the procedures for re-delivery.

If the customer does not contact the carrier for re-delivery (re-delivery can be made within 10 days from the date of the re-delivery notice) within 7 days of the posting of the "no-show" slip, the relevant merchandise will, in principle, be returned to the Company. In this case, the Company will incur return shipping costs, which will be billed to the customer.

If the merchandise is returned to us, please contact us to request reshipment of the merchandise.

The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for resending the item(s).

If an item is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incomplete entry on the order form, the customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping and reshipment. Please check the information on the order form carefully when placing your order.
