Cancellation, Exchange or Return of Products
Once we have notified you of our acceptance of your order, you may not cancel (cancel) your order, exchange or return the products, except in the following cases
Size Exchange
- If you wish to exchange sizes, please contact us using the inquiry form below within 7 days of receiving the product, and we can exchange it for the same product in another size, provided that the product is in stock.
- If you contact us for an exchange and we are unable to prepare a replacement product, we will return the product to you for a refund or return the product to you upon your request.
- In the following cases, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges for exchanging or returning merchandise.
Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

- However, in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us using the inquiry form below within 7 days of receipt of the product for a replacement (limited to when a replacement is in stock) or a return. If you contact us using the inquiry form below within 7 days of receiving the product, we will exchange the product (provided that the replacement product is in stock) or accept a return.
- If you contact us for an exchange and we are unable to prepare a replacement product, we will return the product to you for a refund or return the product to you upon your request.
- Products with defects such as stains or damage, or products that differ from the contents of the order, cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases
- We will bear the shipping costs for exchanging or returning merchandise.
- In the event that the product is defective, or that a different product is received, or for any other defects in the quality, performance, or compatibility of the product with other products, or for any other damage caused by such defects, the above replacement or return will be made within the scope of the above replacement or return and no further responsibility will be assumed.

Notes on exchanging or returning products
- When exchanging or returning an item, please return all items that were shipped. We will not be able to accept returns if even one item is missing, such as the product tag or store bag that was included in the package.
- The replacement product will be sent to the customer or the refund will be made only after the product (including the package) has been returned (arrived) to the Company by the customer. The customer must return the product (including the package) to the Company after it arrives at the Company.
